Sabina Interiors virtual e-design services are available to anyone across North America. My service is ideal for the client who is comfortable purchasing products online and communicates well over email.
You will receive:
3D floor plan mockups
Concept boards with furnishings, materials and decor selections
Paint palette suggestions if required
Shopping list and purchase information
1 revision round
Optional: Elevation Design Report
Additional Service: 3D Renderings
Proposed floor plans with ideas for room in 3D mockup with placement furniture. Depending on size of room/space, one to three 3D mockups are provided for review. Variations are included in this step to nail down a floor plan before sourcing.
Once floor plan is approved, I begin sourcing and creating a board with furniture selections based on your inspiration photos, stores you like to shop at and your answers to my questionnaire.
You will login to my portal where you can approve or reject the items chosen and provide any comments. I come back to you within 10 business days with a revised board based on your revisions.
Once all items are approved you will be provided with a shopping list to purchase from directly & we are completed!

If you would like to include renderings to your service, this service is done after all items are finalized & will be quoted separately.
Elevations provided if need be. Some clients need more help on this and others are more handy, this is where we'd communicate on what you need!

Email with photos & measurements of the Room[s]. Include photos and measurements of existing furniture.
An invoice will be sent via E-mail & the design process will begin once payment is paid in full.
